Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: June 1, 2026
1. Our Commitment.
FindMyDirectDoctor, LLC ("FindMyDirectDoctor," "we," and "us") is committed to providing accommodation to users with special needs or requirements. We are committed to providing our employees and the public, including persons with disabilities, with access to findmydirectdoctor.com (the "Website") and its related information and services. We believe that healthcare access should not be limited by disability, and we strive to make the Website usable for the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology.
2. Standards We Follow.
In designing the Website, FindMyDirectDoctor makes reasonable efforts to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 Level AA is a widely recognized standard for web accessibility and addresses areas including, but not limited to, perceivability of content, keyboard operability, content readability, navigability, compatibility with assistive technologies such as screen readers, and minimum contrast and text-resizing requirements.
While we apply WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our target standard, we cannot guarantee that every page or every interactive element of the Website will meet that standard at all times, particularly during periods of content update, feature deployment, or where third-party integrations and content are involved. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time event.
3. Accessibility Tools in Use.
FindMyDirectDoctor utilizes Equal Web, located at www.equalweb.com, and its associated automated AI-powered accessibility solution to support compliance with the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard. The Equal Web widget is available on the Website and provides users with controls for adjusting features that may include, depending on the configuration in use, text size, contrast, font, cursor size, link highlighting, keyboard navigation aids, screen-reader compatibility, animation pausing, and similar adjustments.
Equal Web's automated tools assist with accessibility compliance but do not, on their own, guarantee full WCAG conformance. We supplement automated tooling with periodic manual review and, where appropriate, user feedback.
4. Ongoing Efforts.
Accessibility on the Website is an active and ongoing effort. We periodically review the Website's pages, templates, and components for accessibility issues, prioritize remediation based on user impact, and incorporate accessibility into our design and development practices for new features. Where third-party components, plug-ins, or content are included on the Website, we make reasonable efforts to select vendors that themselves support WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, although we do not control the accessibility of third-party content.
5. Feedback, Accommodations, and Alternative Formats.
The Website has been designed to reach the widest audience possible. If you have difficulty viewing the Website, using the Website, performing any transaction through the Website, or accessing the Telehealth Services because of a disability, we want to hear from you. You may also request information from FindMyDirectDoctor in an alternative accessible format.
Please contact us through any of the following channels and include, where possible, a description of the issue you encountered, the page URL or feature involved, the assistive technology you were using, and how we can contact you to follow up:
  • Email: [email protected]
  • Mail: FindMyDirectDoctor, LLC, 3225 McLeod Dr, Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89121
We will make reasonable efforts to respond to accessibility feedback within a reasonable time and to provide accessible alternatives or accommodations where feasible. For clinical accessibility accommodations during a telehealth visit, contact the Healthcare Provider's patient support, as the Healthcare Provider is responsible for the delivery of clinical care.
6. Third-Party Content.
The Website may include content, components, plug-ins, or links provided by third parties that FindMyDirectDoctor does not own or control. The accessibility of such third-party content is the responsibility of the respective third parties, and FindMyDirectDoctor cannot guarantee that all third-party content meets WCAG 2.1 Level AA or any other accessibility standard. If you encounter an accessibility issue with third-party content reached through the Website, please report it to us using the contact information in Section 5, and we will, where reasonable, raise the issue with the third party or seek an alternative.
7. Healthcare Provider Care.
Clinical care delivered through the Telehealth Services is provided by OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and its affiliated professional corporations (collectively, the "Healthcare Provider"), as further described in Section 8 of the FindMyDirectDoctor Terms of Service. This Accessibility Statement addresses the accessibility of the Website operated by FindMyDirectDoctor. Accessibility of the Healthcare Provider's intake forms, member portal, and clinical delivery technology is the responsibility of the Healthcare Provider. For accessibility accommodations relating to the clinical care experience, contact the Healthcare Provider's patient support at [email protected] or (855) 597-1248.
8. Changes to This Statement.
FindMyDirectDoctor may update this Accessibility Statement from time to time to reflect changes in accessibility standards, the tools we use, the structure of the Website, or applicable law. When we make changes, we will post the updated Statement on the Website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
9. Relationship to Terms of Service.
This Accessibility Statement is incorporated into and forms part of the FindMyDirectDoctor Terms of Service, and supplements Section 17 of the Terms of Service (ADA Accessibility Policy). Your use of the Website is governed by the Terms of Service. To the extent of any conflict between this Statement and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service govern. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Statement is subject to Section 20 of the Terms of Service (Resolution of Disputes and Governing Law).
